CIP (CLEAN IN PLACE) SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATIONS FOR SOME OF TECHNOLOGIES AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET

The CIP system is a closed system for cleaning equipment that employs a recirculated cleaning solution. This solution cleans, rinses and disinfects equipment. The CIP system is usually controlled automatically, while the cleaning stages are set to the optimum time for efficient cleaning of all parts of the equipment.
The aim of the workshop is to introduce the Clean in Place system. The workshop will include carrying out a cleaning process with a discussion of its various stages and the individual components of the system. It will be preceded by OHS, GMP/GHP training and an introduction to the subject-matter. The practical part will take place at the Experimental Plant (NUTRIBIOMED) located in the Wrocław Technology Park. The next part will be carried out in the laboratory and will involve microbiological analysis and cleaning effectiveness assessment. The workshop is a one-day event.
The process and laboratory parts will be followed by a discussion of the results. Afterwards, the participants will receive certificates of completion for the workshop.
