Pasteurisation and sterilisation
The electropasteuriser module uses high-voltage electrical impulses to pasteurise and sterilise the flowing liquid by means of ohmic heating. This makes it possible to pasteurise substances sensitive to elevated temperatures while maintaining their properties; depending on the raw material used, the effectiveness of microbial reduction can reach 99.99%.
The high effectiveness of this method makes it possible to extend the shelf life of food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical products.
