The production line of the Experimental Plant situated in the Wrocław Technology Park is used for the production of dietary supplements, nutraceuticals and biomedical preparations. The Plant’s equipment enables manufacturing processes to be carried out using a wide variety of raw materials, and it is here that innovative and experimental technologies can be easily developed thanks to the high-tech equipment in the production line. Constantly improved up-scaling solutions are aimed at integrating new and existing processes and enabling increased production output. The results are satisfactory not only from the point of view of business, but also science.
Organisations that conduct their activities at the Experimental Plant have the opportunity not only to obtain top-quality products based on new technologies, but also to broaden their knowledge of manufacturing process design. The Experimental Plant consists of 16 production modules and 4 process tanks adapted to operate at temperatures between 4ºC and 80ºC and equipped with agitators.
The modules include devices for:
- pasteurization,
- extraction,
- mixing,
- separation processes,
- drying,
- distillation, etc.
The wide range of devices available and the flexible possibilities for combining them makes the entire process of testing and subsequently implementing manufacturing technologies easier, faster and more efficient.
Not only does such flexibility result in products of the highest quality, but it also allows innovative and competitive technologies to be brought to market.
The automated operation of the Experimental Plant equipment streamlines the entire process. At the same time, in order to ensure high production standards, quality control systems have been implemented, including the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, or GMP and GHP standards, all of which guarantee the highest levels of safety, efficiency and quality of services and products.
