About the cluster

Application procedure for the NUTRIBIOMED Cluster

  1. The admission procedure for new Cluster members begins with the submission of a Declaration. By submitting the Declaration, you accept the provisions of the Partnership Agreement, Cluster Regulations and the obligation to pay a gross annual membership fee of PLN 1500 – the aforementioned documents will be made available to you in an electronic format after contacting the cluster office at klaster@nutribiomed.pl.
    If you are unable to provide original copies of the documents, please send a scan of the signed documents to klaster@nutribiomed.pl and then provide the original copies during the meeting or send it to the following address:

  2. After delivering the Declaration, you will be invited to the next Cluster Council meeting and will be given the opportunity to present your company to the other Cluster Council Members.
    You will be notified of the date of the next Council meeting by e-mail.
    The presentation should be a short, approximately 10 minutes long talk informing other members about your company’s profile, your expectations regarding membership with the Cluster and what your company will bring to the Cluster.
  3. At the next meeting of the Cluster Council, to which you will also be invited, there will be a vote on the admission of your company to the NUTRIBIOMED Cluster. The vote can also be conducted electronically, outside of the Cluster Council meeting.
  4. If your company is accepted by the Cluster Council, you become an official member of the NUTRIBIOMED Cluster.
