Cyfryzacja, automatyzacja i robotyzacja produkcji to najważniejsze wyzwania współczesnego biznesu. Procesy modernizacji i wdrażania innowacji nie są kwestią wyboru, a koniecznością wynikającą z rywalizacji rynkowej. Nowoczesne technologie pomagają nie tylko zwiększać konkurencyjność, ale również uodpornić firmę na fluktuacje rynkowe i kolejne kryzysy.
Aby wesprzeć wysiłki związane z wdrożeniami innowacyjnych rozwiązań i najnowocześniejszych technologii Przemysłu 4.0, Wrocławski Park Technologiczny wraz z firmą Balluff zorganizował 17 września 2021 wizytę w SmartFactory – demonstracyjnej linii produkcyjnej, powstałej w ramach projektu DIH Wrocław. W wydarzeniu wzięło udział kilkanaście firm, w większości członków klastra NUTRIBIOMED, a także przedstawiciele dolnośląskiej nauki.
Demonstracyjna linia SmartFactory to wycinek prawdziwego procesu produkcyjnego. Celem jest produkcja gotowych wyrobów w jak najkrótszym czasie, przy zachowaniu maksymalnej wartości wskaźnika OEE oraz zerowych postojach. Linię wyposażono w technologie takie jak RFID, Machine Vision, IIoT, czy Machine Learning. Dodatkowo, uczestnicy spotkania mieli okazję obejrzeć bus demonstracyjny, znany jako BOB (Balluff on Board), czyli urządzenie wypełnione po brzegi technologiami.

Digitization, automation and robotization of production are the most important challenges of modern business. The processes of modernization and implementation of innovations are not a matter of choice, but a necessity resulting from market competition. Modern technologies help not only to increase competitiveness, but also to immunize the company against market fluctuations and subsequent crises.
In order to support the efforts related to the implementation of innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies of Industry 4.0, the Wrocław Technology Park together with Balluff organized a visit to SmartFactory on September 17, 2021 – a demonstration production line created as part of the DIH Wrocław project. The event was attended by over a dozen companies, most of them members of the NUTRIBIOMED cluster, as well as representatives of Lower Silesian science.
The SmartFactory demonstration line is a part of the real production process. The goal is to produce finished products in the shortest possible time, while maintaining the maximum value of OEE and zero downtime. The line is equipped with technologies such as RFID, Machine Vision, IIoT and Machine Learning. Additionally, the participants of the meeting had the opportunity to see a demonstration bus, known as BOB (Balluff on Board), i.e. a device filled to the brim with technologies.
